Gamer Events is Tampa Bay's mobile gaming entertainment company. We bring a fully loaded, air conditioned gaming trailer directly to your location along with our Game Coach who runs the entire experience. We also offer mobile laser tag, virtual reality gaming, and yard games. We set up everything and you enjoy the party.
Think of it as a mobile video game arcade that comes right to your event. The trailer is packed with eight large HDTVs, 20 of the latest gaming consoles, and a huge library of games. Best of all, it's fully air-conditioned, so guests can stay cool and comfortable while they play. Our Game Coach handles the setup, supervision, and game management, making it a fun and stress-free experience for everyone.
We can run up to 26 players simultaneously between our indoor and outdoor stations. Our Game Coach manages rotation throughout the event to make sure everyone gets plenty of playing time.
Just two things: enough space at your location for us to park our trailer and a group of guests ready to have fun. We bring all gaming systems, games, TVs, controllers, power, and our Game Coach. Nothing else is required from you.
Our library covers a wide range of genres and rating levels including sports games, racing games, first person games, family titles, and online multiplayer favorites. Popular titles include Madden, Mario Kart, Minecraft, Call of Duty, Halo, Fortnite, and Roblox. We tailor the game selection to the age range of your guests and always keep content appropriate for the audience.
We serve birthday parties, school events, church and youth group events, corporate team building, company picnics, grand openings, community festivals, fundraisers, graduations, prom after parties, and more. If you have a crowd that needs entertaining, we have a package for you.
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekend dates which fill up quickly. Reaching out two to four weeks before your event gives us the best chance of securing your preferred date and time.
We serve the entire Tampa Bay area including Tampa, Brandon, Riverview, Clearwater, Safety Harbor, Lutz, Wesley Chapel, Carrollwood, Temple Terrace, Apollo Beach, Oldsmar, Town and Country, Citrus Park, Seffner, Mango, Valrico, Bloomingdale, Thonotosassa, Gibsonton, and Lake Magdalene. Travel is included within 25 miles of Tampa. Events outside that radius may include a travel fee.
Absolutely. Every unit is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after every single event. We maintain all equipment to the highest standards and follow strict safety protocols at every booking. Your guests' health and safety are always our top priority.
Yes and we highly recommend it. Our combo packages combine the gaming trailer and laser tag for double the entertainment. While one group plays inside the trailer, another squad runs a laser tag mission outside. The two activities complement each other perfectly and keep a larger crowd fully engaged throughout the event.
No! Most of our games can be played without an internet connection, so we can operate anywhere.
Yes. If you'd like access to online games such as Fortnite, Roblox, or Call of Duty, we can often connect to your internet by plugging directly into your router with our Ethernet cable. Internet availability and performance may vary by location.
Not necessarily! We bring a large selection of popular games for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation, and Xbox, so there's always plenty to choose from. If you know ahead of time what games your guests would like to play, feel free to let us know. This helps our Game Coach have everything loaded and ready to go so guests can spend more time playing and less time waiting. If there are any games you would prefer we not offer during your event, just let us know and we'll be happy to accommodate.
We entertain guests of all ages! Most of our birthday parties are for ages 6-16, but our game selection and activities can be customized for younger kids, teens, and adults. Just let us know the age range of your group and we'll tailor the experience accordingly. We have games and activities for all ages and skill levels.

Online bookings can be completed in just a few minutes and allow you to select your package, sign the contract, and secure your date right away. If you're looking for a custom package, school event, corporate event, or combination of services, we'd be happy to help create a package that fits your needs.
